Following an initial introductory meeting we begin with a full day Planning Session with the owners and managers of your business to:Identify what your business and personal goals are and those of each key owner within the business.

• Identify the opportunities that are there to be fulfilled.

• Work with you to develop a marketing plan.
   
• Work with you on financial models for the business.
   
• Work with you to define Key Performance Indicators for each part of the business.
   
• Assist you to manage your own time to provide strategic direction and leadership.
   
• Explore exit strategies and maximize the company’s value for a potential sale.
