Concentrating now particularly on France and Italy, together with some investment opportunities on the UK London market, our operations are in two main categories:

We handle a number of exclusive individual projects in France and Italy. These range from individual properties to small exclusive developments. The services we provide encompass a range of marketing activities, including translation and copywriting, together with direct sales and promotion activity through our wide network of contacts. We have operated in the International Property Investment Market for a number of years, helping with sourcing of investment opportunities for companies and individuals and assisting with marketing activity, geared towards increasing investor return for companies dealing with property investments in France and Italy. Holiday Apartment Development in Tuscany, Italy

This long term project has been on behalf of an Overseas Property Investment Fund, with the objective of developing marketing and channels of distribution for holiday letting of the apartments, to produce an annual return for the Fund.

Investment Property in Central London

Due to the combined factors of the current market price in London and the strength of the euro against the pound, investment in London for European investors is particularly attractive. Through our experienced contacts in London, we are sourcing property for a group of Italian investors.
